About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team at Agicap. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for our customers, ensuring they achieve optimal results from our liquidity planning tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarize customers with our software and provide comprehensive product knowledge to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and implement tailored liquidity planning strategies to meet the specific needs of our customers.
- Provide 360-degree support to customers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring outstanding product implementation.
- Contribute to the development of our product by sharing customer feedback and insights with the product team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics, or international business.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in German (C2 level) and business fluent English.
