**Job Description**

The Renewal Account Growth Specialist role at CLEVERLY LDA (Portugal) involves assisting customers in aligning their subscriptions with their current and future service needs. You will partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure each customer is maximizing the value of their subscriptions and identifying expansion opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Lead future subscription negotiation at the time of renewal, focusing on reducing current discount and expanding term length.
  2. Qualify expansion opportunities properly.
  3. Identify high-risk customers who may lead to churn or contraction.
  4. Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to build save plans for at-risk customers.
  5. Provide feedback to Customer Success and Sales teams on growing customer requirements.

**Requirements for Success:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in renewals and account management.
  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Fluent German language skills essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven approach.
  • Effective time management and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Professional and articulate communication style.
  • Negotiation experience in SaaS contracts and pricing.
