Role Overview

As a Customer Success Account Lead at Microsoft, you will play a pivotal role in empowering customers to achieve their business outcomes faster through differentiated customer experiences leveraging our products, services, and partnerships. Your mission will be to build long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders, understanding their business priorities and aligning them with our goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer relationship management strategies to drive quality solution planning, delivery execution, and governance.

• Partner with account teams to drive conversations that define and prioritize strategic alignment between customer and Microsoft goals.

• Orchestrate delivery resources to facilitate value realization, focusing on driving operational health and helping customers realize the value of their Microsoft investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, with relevant experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management.

• Fluency in Finnish and English (reading, speaking, and writing).
