Position Summary

We are seeking a Coffee Specialist to join our team at Nestlé Business Services. As a key representative for the Nespresso brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels.

About the Role

This role involves all front-office interactions with customers, including voice, email, and chat communications for both B2C and B2B business. Your primary focus will be on welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and providing expert advice on Nespresso products and services. You will also have the opportunity to initiate customers into the world of coffee tasting and stimulate their curiosity about our range of products.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will conduct initial analyses of reported machine malfunctions and guide customers to Technical Assistance when necessary. Your goal will be to maximize the sale of all available Nespresso products, including coffee, machines, and accessories.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one or two years' experience in customer-facing positions
  • Dominion of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency in Portuguese
  • English proficiency is an asset
  • Excellent relational and communication skills
  • Multitasking capabilities
  • A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and team player attitude
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
