About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Viaplay. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for handling user inquiries across various communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and social media. You will provide expert assistance on streaming quality, buffering, or content playback problems, as well as offer guidance on account setup, login issues, and app & device compatibility.

Responsibilities:
  • User Support: Handle user inquiries via multiple channels, providing high-quality support to resolve user issues efficiently.
  • Streaming Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, or content playback problems, ensuring users have an exceptional viewing experience.
  • Account Management: Assist users with account setup, login issues, and app & device compatibility, maintaining positive relationships and resolving user concerns promptly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • High School Diploma: A valid high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information securely.
What We Offer

  • Estimated Salary: €12,500 - €15,000 per annum (based on 20 hours per week).
  • Part-time Schedule: Work from 9 am - 1 pm or 5 pm - 9 pm, Monday to Sunday (flexible shifts available).
