Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Teleperformance Portugal.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with the ability to motivate and guide their team to deliver exceptional results. They will be fluent in French and English, with experience in online marketing and sales skills.
As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing your team's performance, ensuring they meet and exceed targets, and providing guidance and coaching on a day-to-day basis.
You will work closely with your team to achieve excellent results in motivation, inspiration, attendance, and engagement, and support them in meeting and exceeding their quality and productivity targets.
In this role, you will also be responsible for assessing team commitment, punctuality, attendance, initiative, capacity to achieve proposed objectives, and relationships with colleagues, evaluating team member performance biannually, and contributing to continuous improvement processes.
We offer a competitive salary of €40,000 per year, plus benefits such as health insurance, free language courses, sports activities, and organized events.
