Job Description
As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, you will be the key to ensuring exceptional customer experiences via multiple channels, including CRM system updates. Your strong relationships and professional communication skills will drive customer retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, updating CRM systems as needed.

Requirements
