This role involves:

  • Tracking and analyzing individual partner performance metrics
  • Optimizing training administration for partners
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for distributors regarding operational issues
  • Collaborating with internal sales teams on administrative topics related to the Partner Program
  • Acting as a liaison between distributors and finance to ensure timely rebate programs execution
