Strategic Marketing Leader for Partner Growth

About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our partner growth initiatives at Boundlessfellows. As a Strategic Marketing Leader, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive awareness and acquisition of our partner program among creative professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts and drive efficient partner acquisition
- Manage customer definitions and personas, and serve as a subject-matter expert on the competitive landscape
- Analyze user behavior and site/channel performance to optimize marketing investments
- Partner with analytics and the Circle program team to create personalized customer experiences and lifecycle marketing strategies
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant marketing experience
- A strategic leader with expertise in using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform project prioritization and success
- Experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) and using data to optimize campaign performance
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude and/or Looker for reviewing and analyzing marketing performance
