Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Advisor to join our Portugal remote team. As a Customer Advisor, you will ensure performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, coordinating and answering health-related questions;
  • Handling emails and calls from health professionals or patients about the use of certain medication
  • Proposing concrete solutions to improve the department and customer relations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a high level of Portuguese and Spanish (oral and written) and a good knowledge of English. A degree in one of the following areas: nursing, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry or biomedical is also required. Additionally, you should have good communication, organizational and time management skills.
