At Agicap, we are a fast-growing fintech company that provides a cutting-edge financial management solution to small and medium-sized businesses. As our next Customer Success Tech Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients can efficiently manage and forecast their cash flow, pay their suppliers, and get paid efficiently. Your expertise in technical implementation will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our Sales and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate client data: As the technical expert, you will assist clients in defining the data to integrate into the platform and the best method to do so. Your intervention is crucial for long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to team development and process building: You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools, create necessary documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team, and convey client needs to product teams to assist in prioritizing new features.
Requirements:
  • You are in your final year of business school or engineering.
  • You are versatile and enjoy project management, client relations, and teamwork.
  • You know how to prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively.
  • You have an excellent level of English and are able to lead full business conversations.
  • You are curious, ambitious, and drawn to the startup environment.
  • You enjoy tackling new challenges and understanding technical aspects to provide optimal solutions.
  • You have a good command of Excel.
