About the Role

We are seeking a Client Services Officer with excellent communication skills in French and/or English to provide top-notch customer support and enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and assist clients with their inquiries via phone and email.
  • Handle customer relationships, providing advice on health insurance contracts, coverage, reimbursements, and contract-related matters.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including contract registration and cancellation, premium collection, and health service entry.
  • Update and modify client files, ensuring accurate records and efficient operations.
