Unleash Your Potential as a Customer Experience Expert

Catawiki, the leading online marketplace for special objects, is seeking an experienced customer experience specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our Customer Experience department, you will be responsible for handling complex and escalated cases, ensuring customer delight, and providing timely resolution.

The Role

This challenging role requires 2+ years of professional experience in customer service escalations and social media. You will need to understand customer needs and balance business and customer requirements to find the best solutions. Your utmost attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure seamless interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complex and escalated cases within the Customer Experience department
  • Ensure customer delight by prioritizing the customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service escalations and social media
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Able to work 40 hours per week and commute to our Lisbon office at least 2 days a week
