As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities that will drive growth in our UK market.

About the Role
  • You'll be responsible for generating a robust sales pipeline through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Qualifying leads to understand their business challenges related to expense management and assess how Rydoo can help.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to align on market strategy and grow our customer base in the assigned region.
  • Gathering marketing information on customers, competitors, and pricing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A natural hunter personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A people-first approach with a passion for building strong relationships with clients.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level; other languages are a bonus).
  • 1-2 years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, preferably as an SDR or outbound sales professional.
  • Experience with account-based marketing and growth tactics.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to adapt to change.
  • A growth mindset with a track record of success in prior roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and results-oriented mindset.
  • A compassionate, unselfish, and team-player attitude.
