Customer Support Specialist with Global Opportunities

You will be part of a multinational organization that provides world-class sales and customer service solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Recording data in the CRM system
  • Offering ad-hoc support

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English
  • Knowledge of the value and impact of good customer experience
  • An attentive listening skill, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism
  • A commitment to being a team player

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at €1,298 gross per month, excluding accommodation. Alternatively, including free accommodation, the salary would be €1,040 gross per month. For international candidates, we provide reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months, help with paperwork, and opening a bank account upon arrival.
