The EMEA Growth Markets Business Development Lead will play a critical role in driving growth in our Emerging Markets business unit. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of medium to large, complex accounts across Consumer products, Retail, and Public Sector.
You will lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales while expanding existing accounts. You will engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
This role requires a dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a proven track record of success, achieving or exceeding quota in recent sales positions, with a minimum of 5 years selling into commercial or enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
- Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executives, to drive account strategy.
