Job Description
This high-visibility role involves identifying and securing large loyalty, marketing, and engagement program opportunities with blue-chip clients across sectors such as FMCG, retail, financial services, and telecoms. Using a consultative sales approach, you will work closely with C-suite and senior marketing/sales executives to understand their strategic goals, pain points, and vision, then position TLC's innovative solutions as the ideal fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and account management teams to craft winning proposals and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Identify and secure large-scale loyalty, marketing, and engagement program opportunities with blue-chip clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives at key accounts
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to inform business growth strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Significant B2B sales experience, ideally in the loyalty, marketing, or customer engagement space
- In-depth knowledge of industries such as FMCG, financial services, telecoms, and subscription businesses
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate client challenges into tailored TLC solutions
- Ambitious, strategic mindset with a track record of closing complex, multi-year deals
- Passion for networking, building relationships, and staying ahead of industry trends
