Driver Partnership Manager

We're seeking a skilled Driver Partnership Manager to join our team at Uber COE. As an essential member of our driver support team, you'll play a key role in driving earnings growth and supply hours for our drivers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage relationships with drivers through proactive outreach and personalized coaching.
- Provide customized recommendations to help drivers maximize their earnings potential and improve their overall experience on the platform.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and tackle driver priorities, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with drivers and stakeholders alike.
- A deep understanding of driver needs and preferences, as well as the ability to provide tailored solutions to drive business results.
- Natural curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
