About the Role: As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. Your expertise in the gaming industry and ability to tailor business development strategies will be essential in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and growth trends.
  • Establish connections with key decision-makers and generate leads through strategic prospecting and cold calling.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a profound understanding of client needs and respond with strategic plans to address those needs effectively.
  • Think strategically to envision the bigger picture, establish clear aims and objectives, and devise strategies for business development and improvement.
  • Execute meticulous planning to implement operational changes that align with strategic goals.
  • Promote our products and services by effectively communicating the company's value proposition.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful experience in sales development in a related industry.
  • C1 level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong background and experience in the game development sphere.
  • Able to leverage expertise to tailor business development strategies for the gaming industry.
  • Provide evidence of a successful track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Bonus: Understanding of IT/gaming specifics or knowledge/education in marketing can be an asset.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience), based on industry standards and comparable positions in the location.
