About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide native-level German language support to our clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance language skills and customer service knowledge

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of 1100€ gross/month including free accommodation or 1300-1600€ gross/month excluding accommodation
  • A relocation package for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country
  • Private health insurance after 6 months of contract

  • Portuguese public holidays and 22 days of paid holidays
