Experienced Customer Support Specialist for Transportation Industry in Lisbon

Your role as a Transportation Specialist at Blu Selection will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're seeking an individual who can embody the company's commitment to excellence, while fostering a culture of empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a mentor, presenting service information to customers through various channels
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries and concerns, leveraging your communication skills and confidence
  • Collaborate with other departments to redirect cases and issues effectively

You'll be working on a 12-month contract, renewable upon satisfactory performance. The contract offers flexibility with rotating shifts between 7am and 9:30pm, allowing you to balance work and personal life. Compensation details include:

Salary Conditions:

  • a) Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950 gross/month
  • b) Excluding accommodation: €1400 gross/month

We also offer additional benefits for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick up, and yearly two-way flight tickets back to their home country within the EU. Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events are organized by the company to enhance your expat experience.

Requirements
  • A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English
  • Familiarity with the value and impact of good customer experiences
  • An attentive listener, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism
  • A team player committed to delivering exceptional results

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon is essential, as well as having a valid Portuguese work permit.
