About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive the sales and talent pipeline for our EMEA business.

This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your skillset and accelerate your career trajectory at Zendesk, the world's leading Customer Support Platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for running a busy outbound pipeline of leads and providing top-class customer experience.

You will also use innovative prospecting techniques to target both cold accounts and new groups within existing Zendesk customers.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a proven track record of overachieving in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

You should be passionate about consultative sales and have solid business experience, preferably in SaaS sales.

We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a 'can-do' attitude, and a hunger to overachieve and succeed.

Availability to work in a hybrid model, splitting time between the office and remote work, is required.
