Descrição do emprego MISSÃO: Integrado no Departamento de Sales e reportando diretamente ao National Sales Manager, compete a este profissional conduzir a equipa de Sales Representatives ao cumprimento dos objetivos de vendas, bem como a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes, sendo um influenciador dos príncipios e estratégia da empresa junto das equipas e dos seus pares.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES: Gerir e liderar a equipa de Sales Representatives de forma atingirem o cumprimento dos objetivos de vendas, bem como a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes; Acompanhar e formar a equipa, nomeadamente através dos rituais de coaching, garantindo que as mesmas estão alinhadas com a estratégia da empresa; Reuniões mensais e individuais com a respetiva equipa de forma a fazer o devido acompanhamento dos resultados e se necessário definição de planos de ações; Garantir a implementação de atividades chave para a equipa de vendas, nomeadamente a correta utilização e preenchimento de ferramentas informáticas internas, o planeamento e controlo de visitas aos clientes e a formação da equipa; Promover sinergias entre a(s) sua(s) equipa(s) e a equipa digital, incentivando o envio de leads, de forma a existir um aumento de clientes com ferramentas digitais Makro; Apoiar o National Sales Manager e/ou Regional Sales Force Manager no desenvolvimento de planos de ação; Verificar a qualidade da informação dos clientes, nomeadamente o cálculo do potencial e a definição de objetivos por cliente; Deve ainda efetuar análises semanais, mensais e trimestrais dos resultados da equipa de Sales Representative em termos de vendas, rentabilidade, frequência de visita, venda média e SoW (share of wallet) de forma a desenvolver e acompanhar os planos de ação estabelecidos, garantindo o alcance dos objetivos definidos.
Qualificações Licenciatura em Gestão Comercial, Gestão de empresas, Hoteleira ou similar; Bons conhecimentos de Inglês; Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office Excel; Experiência comercial consolidada no canal HoReCa; Conhecimento de contas de exploração (P&L); Experiência consolidada em gestão, liderança e coaching de equipas de vendas de pelo menos 5 anos; Elevada orientação para o Cliente; Excelente capacidade de comunicação, negociação e argumentação; Forte espírito de equipa; Disponibilidade para contrato a termo incerto.
