**About the position**
The responsibilities of this role include providing comprehensive support to our Sales Team by managing all back-office tasks related to customer service and operations. You will be responsible for analyzing Sell Out and Sell In data to identify trends and opportunities. Additionally, you will play a key role in pricing control activities, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in our market offerings. Responding promptly to customer needs and inquiries will be essential, as well as collaborating with the team to develop effective promotional plans with a focus on ROI and profitability. Your support will extend to internal systems management, assisting our Key Account Managers (KAM) in navigating and optimizing our operational processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales efforts through meticulous data analysis and proactive customer service.
