- working alongside great people pioneering novel products and cutting edge technologies.
**What will you do**:
- Primary focus on resolving support tickets, end user support, and new user setup.
- Assists with:
- IT projects as needed
- MDM solution management.
- prevent and remediate security issues
**Required skills and experience**:
- Training in the area of Information Technology (minimum 12th grade);
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in computer technical support functions;
- Good technical knowledge in the areas of hardware, operating systems (Windows, Mac, and Linux) and Networks TCP / IP;
- Excellent communication skills (EN, PT) and taste for contact with the end-user;
- Knowledge on GSuite platform;
- Be autonomous or require minimum supervision for daily tasks;
- Good interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork;
- Good analytical ability, organization, and planning.
**Bonus Point**:
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta and FreshService are a plus.
