Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Customer Service Experience Specialist to join our team in Portugal (Remote). As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through operational excellence, quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist viewers via phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Offer account and application support to viewers concerning software functionality, fostering strong relationships with customers and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings, leveraging your problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
- Possess a high level of English (oral and written) proficiency, enabling effective communication with customers.
- Demonstrate passion for the entertainment and media industry, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
- Showcase excellent communication skills, empathy, and teamwork, building strong connections with colleagues and customers alike.
- Have familiarity with digital streaming services and devices, allowing you to navigate the intricacies of modern technology.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability, embracing change and contributing to a dynamic work environment.
