About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service and Training Consultant to join our team at goFLUENT. As a key member of our international support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing training and support to our learners.

As a Customer Service and Training Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and learners, providing guidance and support in language and learning. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in this role, as you'll be interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

You'll work closely with our Sales and Customer Success Management Team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and support. Your ability to actively solve doubts and provide guidance about language, goFLUENT services, or issues will be highly valued in this position.

We're looking for someone with strong oral and written communication skills, fluent in Turkish, and another language (Arabic, French, German, Spanish, or Italian) and an advanced level of English. If you have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to adapt to changing situations, we'd love to hear from you.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing relationships with clients and learners taking goFLUENT lessons/training
  • Assisting learners who need help through calls or emails as prescribed by documented processes and/or with supervisor guidance
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Calling clients to follow up on their training progress
  • Conducting demo calls
  • Assisting Account Managers/Sales as deemed necessary by the LC Team Leader/Manager
  • Reaching KPIs discussed with the LC Team Leader/Manager
