**Job Summary:**
We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence.

**Responsibilities:**
• Respond to telephone calls or chats from clients seeking information about their insurance policy
• Process requests via transactions in our client policy administration system, and/or write and send replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc.
• Index and electronically archive documents in our document management tool
• Manage policy change requests and update payment details
• Make claims and cancel requests

**Requirements:**
• High level of Portuguese (C2) and fluency in English (B2)
• Previous customer experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
