Customer Service Representative for Foot Locker

Teleperformance Portugal is a leading provider of outsourced customer experience solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon.
Estimated salary range: €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to Foot Locker customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer-friendly service by showing interest in the customer and guaranteeing a positive relationship with the brand;
- Create opportunities to impress and engage with customers, approaching all their questions and doubts;
- Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts, payments, and stock availability.
- Native Italian speaker and minimum B2 English level required;
- Familiarity with online advertising products and social media (preferential);
- Basic computer skills;
- +1 year working in a customer support related role (preferential);
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and listening skills;
- Ability to solve customer problems;
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving SMB needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform;
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
