Paper Sales Manager

Sales Leader
We are looking for a skilled Sales Director to lead sales efforts in the paper industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing market share.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Promote Valmet's offering and solutions to customers
- Identify and document customer plans, needs, and objectives
- Convert customer plans into sales and development projects
- Guide mill teams towards bundling and value-adding solutions
- Keep up-to-date with market situation and competitor activities
- Receivables follow-up
Account Management
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customers
- Keep up-to-date with customer strategy and objectives
- Expand scope on existing customers
- Coordinate and lead activities in the client interface
- Collect and follow customer feedback and satisfaction
- Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations
- Handle claims
Candidate Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering
- Min 5 years' experience in the paper business sector
- Experience in teams leadership
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Good command of most common IT tools
- Hunting and team-working spirit
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Great communication skills and proactivity
- Good potential of growth
- Willingness to travel
