About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales and account management team in the Algarve region. As Senior Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio, acquiring new partners, and building long-term relationships with existing clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Grow our vacation rental portfolio through strategic partnerships and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Account Management Iberia to improve product offerings, streamline procedures, and create best practices.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.Natural leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and motivating team members.An analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Candidates with near-native Portuguese and fluent English skills will be highly regarded.
