What You Will Do:

Manage a dynamic sales and account management team in the Algarve region.

Main Responsibilities:

Grow our vacation rental portfolio in the area by acquiring new partners and building long-term relationships.

Train and coach the sales and account management team to optimize their approach and achieve area targets.

Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers in the region.

Continuously improve our product and procedures by providing feedback and creating best practices.

Work together with the Head of Sales & Account Management Iberia to ensure the success of our sales strategy.
