Customer Service Representative for a Global Media Company

Your role as a Customer Service Representative will involve:
Providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including social media, chat, email, and phone calls.
You will be handling queries related to subscription, invoicing, and technical issues.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, and actions taken.
Fostering excellent customer satisfaction by responding in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
Requirements
- A native French speaker with a good level of English (B2 minimum).
- Based in Portugal, preferably below Coimbra to Algarve.
- Motivated and committed to your work.
- Able to write in French fluently.
- A team player willing to work with diverse nationalities.
- Previous experience in Customer Service is an asset.
What's in it for you?
- A full-time job with a 6-month temporary contract.
- Gross salary: €12,540 per annum (approximately €890 per month) plus performance-related bonus up to €1,200 per annum.
- Meal voucher of €823.80 per year (€68.65 per month).
- A schedule that allows you to work in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8AM and 9PM.
