Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in German through various communication channels, ensuring a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management, resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure customer data is up-to-date, utilizing CRM software and other customer service tools effectively.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and company policies to offer informed solutions and meet customer needs.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction and response times, while fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Native German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English for internal communication and reporting.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not mandatory, as on-the-job training is provided.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
