**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our business growth in the Spanish market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term growth strategies, overseeing sales activities, and establishing strong relationships with key clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to design new products or enhance existing ones
- Develop strategic plans for product marketing, including pricing, distribution, and promotion
- Supervise the launch of new products and work closely with marketing teams
- Monitor the market and analyze competition to identify opportunities to maintain competitiveness
**Requirements**
- Strong understanding of the Spanish market and sector trends
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Strong interest in digital marketing channels/e-commerce and content production
- Positive, growth mindset, ability to learn, proactivity, and ambition
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration/Business Development, Economics
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset
