Drive Customer Engagement and Loyalty

We are looking for a skilled Marketing and Retention Expert to join our team at Goldenergy. As a Customer Experience & Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving meaningful customer interactions, optimizing our referral program, and creating customer journeys and communications that increase Lifetime Value (LTV).

About the Job

This exciting role will involve:

  • Developing and promoting the referral program to drive participation and customer acquisition.
  • Using data and insights to continuously optimize referral touchpoints and user experience.
  • MAPPING AND OPTIMIZING THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY TO REDUCE CHURN RISK AND IMPROVE RETENTION RATES.
  • CRAFTING CLEAR, EMPATHETIC, AND ACTIONABLE COMMUNICATIONS THAT ADDRESS CUSTOMER CONCERNS BEFORE THEY ESCALATE.
  • DEVELOPING EDUCATIONAL CONTENT THAT EMPOWERS CUSTOMERS TO USE SELF-SERVICE OPTIONS, REDUCING THE NEED FOR SUPPORT CALLS.
  • MONITORING AND ANALYZING CHURN DATA TO UNCOVER TRENDS AND IMPLEMENT PREVENTIVE RETENTION STRATEGIES.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or Psychology or have an equivalent form of education.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer engagement, copywriting, referral marketing, or retention strategies.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills: Ability to craft clear, persuasive, and empathetic messages that drive action.
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN REDUCING CHURN AND IMPROVING RETENTION RATES IN SUBSCRIPTION-BASED OR UTILIZATION-BASED BUSINESSES.
  • STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER JOURNEY DESIGN AND STRATEGIES TO REDUCE FRICTION IN THE USER EXPERIENCE.
