About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewals Representative II to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our Renewals organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers maximize the value of their subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead future subscription negotiations at the time of renewal, focusing on reducing current discounts and expanding term lengths.
- Properly qualify expansion opportunities and identify customers at risk of churn or contraction.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to build save plans for at-risk customers and provide feedback on growing customer requirements.
- Maintain timely renewals, manage the renewal process from start to finish, and accurately manage Salesforce opportunities.
- Mentor Associate Renewal Representatives and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in renewing and managing customer accounts.
- Proficient level of English and fluency in French or German.
- Excellent phone presence, interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented, excellent time management skills, and a team player mindset.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, articulation, and professionalism.
