Renewals Representative II - Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewals Representative II to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our Renewals organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers maximize the value of their subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead future subscription negotiations at the time of renewal, focusing on reducing current discounts and expanding term lengths.
  • Properly qualify expansion opportunities and identify customers at risk of churn or contraction.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to build save plans for at-risk customers and provide feedback on growing customer requirements.
  • Maintain timely renewals, manage the renewal process from start to finish, and accurately manage Salesforce opportunities.
  • Mentor Associate Renewal Representatives and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in renewing and managing customer accounts.
  • Proficient level of English and fluency in French or German.
  • Excellent phone presence, interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, excellent time management skills, and a team player mindset.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, articulation, and professionalism.

Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits and bonuses.
