The role of People Business Partner Specialist at Buscojobs Portugal offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing People strategies that support our company's growth and culture. This position is integral to ensuring employee satisfaction, retention, and overall performance.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Business Partner Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of the People team, you will report directly to the People Executive and work closely with various departments to ensure our people strategies align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Senior Matter Experts to understand business needs and provide People support and guidance.
  • Managing employee relations issues and providing effective solutions to enhance workplace harmony.
  • Confidently providing expert People advice and assistance to employees and management on salary benchmarking, compensation, Employee Relations, and engagement activities.
  • Providing guidance on compensation matters to managers, including pay structure, benefits, and bonus schemes.
  • Conducting performance management processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and supporting development plans.
  • Leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Facilitating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Analyzing People metrics and providing insights to improve People practices and business outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations for multiple European locations.
  • Coordinating a team of 5 Business Partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of People's best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range between €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
