Technical Sales Representative for Cloud Solutions

About This Opportunity
This is an excellent chance to become part of the sales team at a leading global IT company based in Athens, Greece. As a B2B Sales and Tech Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be selling, upselling, client retention, and renewal activities. You'll engage with clients via email and phone calls to promote both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads without closing deals.
- Client Engagement: Analyze client business needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Educating Clients: Inform clients about Cloud products and services, highlighting upgrades and features.
- Troubleshooting: Handle minor technical setup issues or escalate to relevant teams for resolution.
This is a full-time position with standard work hours from Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in B2B Sales.
- Preferred familiarity with IT products, Cloud software, and CRM systems.
- Candidates must already have an EU passport OR permission to work full time in Greece granted.
Essential Skills:
- Advanced skills in accountability, written communication, job motivation, persuasiveness, and PC knowledge.
- Familiarity with applications, internet browsers, and Cloud services.
- A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
Educational Background: A diploma or bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
