Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Supervisor to join our international Marketing team at Amplifon, a global leader in hearing care solutions and services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing Amplifon's growth by supporting the business in improving lead conversion and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Define strategy and implement operational dashboards to optimize internal KPIs
- Manage local call centers (outsourced) and ensure customer expectations are met
- Collaborate with the management of the call center provider to deliver agreed goals
- Implement incentive schemes and configure dialing rules, scripting, campaigns, priority, and scripting
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Extensive analytical skills, business acumen, and good understanding of metrics/models/systems
- Strong project management skills and solid digital experience
- Excellent English skills and strong communication abilities
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
