As we continue to build a new generation of expense management software, we're looking for a skilled Account Executive to join our Sales team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your territory and drive sales growth, working closely with our business developers to pursue new revenue streams.

The Role

  • To exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities and selling our solutions
  • Territory research and development, leading to the creation of a tailored go-to-market strategy
  • Pipeline expansion through enhanced sales developer productivity, strategic business development, email campaigns, and market knowledge/intelligence
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent over-achievement
  • Assisting in increasing productivity across your territory, including collaborating with other account executives
  • Engaging with prospect organizations to position Rydoo's solutions via strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data
  • Overseeing the end-to-end sales process by engaging relevant resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
  • Generating short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
  • Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive within a SaaS industry
  • Academic degree or equivalent by experience
  • You are a natural sales hunter with experience in managing accounts
  • Great social skills, being a dynamic presence
  • A positive and upbeat attitude
  • Passion for participating in a scale-up culture
  • English minimum level C1
  • Additional languages: C1 level of German, Dutch, French, or Spanish

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary package (€60,000 – €80,000 per year), meal vouchers, hybrid work policy, international mobility program, professional freedom, upskilling through training and coaching programs, regular company and team events, free Portuguese language classes, onboarding program, free drinks, fruits & snacks, and permanent contract.
