Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Santos. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, including a Language Premium Bonus of €235 per month, Meal Allowance of €7.63 per workday (net amount), and Transportation Bonus of €720 per year. Additionally, they will be eligible for Yearly Target Bonus of 5% of the yearly gross base salary, Health Insurance & Life Insurance (Family Plan included for spouse and children), and Relocation Support for candidates moving from outside Portugal.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the platform, and identifying and documenting client problems and categorizing cases and bugs. You will also need to stay up-to-date with client policies, safety, and copyright guidelines, and provide meaningful insights from customer interactions and report on key performance indicators such as C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs. Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and strong problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 12 months of experience in Customer Support within a Contact Center (preferred)
  • Knowledge of BPO KPIs: Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
