Job Overview
This role involves engaging in outbound contact with potential clients in the insurance sector. You will provide detailed product descriptions, address inquiries regarding coverage, and ensure that clients are well-informed about our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients through timely and personalized communication;
- Provide clear explanations of product features and conditions;
- Address client questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner;
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center environment (mandatory);
- Native or near-native proficiency in German (mandatory);
- Strong computer skills and literacy;
- Excellent language skills, both written and verbal;
- High motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
