Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Aftersales Director to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the overall management of aftersales operations, including service and parts development, budget compliance, and quality excellence. Your role will also involve managing the aftersales team, ensuring their motivation and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in aftersales management, with a strong background in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in automotive engineering and English language skills are essential. You should also be able to adapt to new cultures and work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for aftersales business development
- Ensure technical area and quality excellence, customer attention, and satisfaction
- Manage the aftersales team, keeping them motivated and productive
- Develop and implement training and development plans for teams
- Implement procedures established by GRUPO SALVADOR CAETANO,SGPS for overall aftersales management

Salary Range:The estimated annual salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This salary reflects the importance of the role and the level of expertise required.
