Strategic Business Development Representative with International Exposure

David Kennedy Recruitment is collaborating with a pioneering Outsourcing/BPO consultancy in Lisbon, Portugal. We are seeking an experienced and multilingual Senior Marketing Sales Representative to join their team.
Salary: Estimated salary range for this position in Lisbon, Portugal: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum (before taxes), based on industry standards and cost of living.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to take on a challenging role within our client's Lisbon office. As a Senior Marketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing a portfolio of clients, and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact clients daily via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and preferences.
- Analyze market trends, research local markets, and industries to stay ahead of competition.
- Offer pre- and post-sales support for clients' advertising solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Provide product feedback, identify areas for improvement, and champion client success stories.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent Hebrew speaker, both oral and written, with fluency in English (at least B2 level).
- EU citizen or pre-settlement in Portugal, allowing for relocation and residency.
- Strong sales, coaching, and client service skills, with experience in driving revenue growth.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel and Salesforce, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Passion for delivering exceptional results, exceeding client expectations, and contributing to the company's growth and success.
