New Balance is committed to offering innovative products that combine function and fashion, performance, and style. As an international team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's values and sharing them with customers worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
You will collaborate with consumers to answer product inquiries and resolve issues professionally and skillfully. This involves putting yourself in customers' shoes, analyzing their problems, and providing individual solutions.
You will offer an omnichannel service via telephone, email, chat, and social media, developing a sound understanding of New Balance products and services.
Becoming an expert on New Balance and embracing company values as a brand ambassador are essential aspects of this role.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- A fluent level of Dutch with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A high level of English (both written and spoken).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Benefits
This part-time position offers:
- A salary of €14,923.07 gross per year.
- A temporary contract with a 3-month duration and a 1-month probation period.
- 30 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Incentives for top performance.
- 24 calendar days of paid holiday per year, plus bank holidays and an extra day in lieu.
- Hybrid work arrangements, with 4 days per month spent at the office for training purposes.
- 8 days of full-time training based in the office.
