**Your Role**
Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.
You will analyze problems and offer individual solutions, develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client, and become an expert on all things New Balance.
**Key Responsibilities**
Able to deal with sensitive calls with empathy, possess strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail, and have a professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Benefits**
Competitive salary: €17,600 gross per year.
Part-time position (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Hybrid work arrangement: 4 days per month at the office for training purposes.
