Job Description:
You will work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.
Analyzing customer problems and offering individual solutions is essential.
You will provide an omnichannel service to consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client is key.
Becoming an expert on all things New Balance is crucial.
You will embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
A fluent level of French and Italian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
A high level of English (both written and spoken).
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of €13,538.46 gross per year, along with a range of benefits including:
24 calendar days of paid holiday per year.
Paid bank holidays plus one extra day in lieu.
Hybrid working arrangement, with four days per month spent at the office and for training purposes.
8 days of full-time training fully based in the office.
