We are seeking a highly skilled German Customer Support Agent to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, working with renowned worldwide brands, and driving customer satisfaction.

Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:
  • Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Provide support and direction to customers, resolving service issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback on our customer services database.
  • Utilize open questions, support documents, and system training to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C2 Level or Native);
  • Good knowledge of English (B1 level);
  • Typing Speed: 20 words per minute.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts.
  • Good computer skills;
  • Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good listening and empathy skills;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Team spirit and flexibility.
