Salary and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately €28,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits such as indefinite contracts, central location in Braga, Portugal, and opportunities for professional development.
Job Description
As a Customer Advisor, you will assist customers through multiple channels, gathering information from new customers, processing contact requests, and contributing to creating a commitment to our client's brand. You will work enthusiastically and professionally, using your excellent communication and active listening skills to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a high level of German (written and oral), be proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player. You should also be able to attract potential customers by answering questions, suggesting, and adding information about all services to meet the customer needs.
